Rude unprofessional cunsultant

My son e-mailed Fairheads trust fund requesting for it to be terminated and requested for the process. After almost a week a very rude Joanne Classen contacted him telling him that he will only get his funds when he turns 23. He gave me the phone as he did not understand exactly what she was saying. I as the mother was questioned as to why I took the phone and that I should give it back to him. She also told him that they had already given him funds for a laptop and will not get further funds for computer equipment as he had taken the limit money allowed already. Fairheads seem to think this is their money and they have the right to decide how much and when to give money. He wants his funds to invest where he is able to get money when he needs it. Teach your cunsultants to be professional. My son approached me with an article stating that the funds can be paid out at 18 that's when I told him to email. As his mother and still responsible for him I have the right to talk on his behalf. Kindly forward the termination form or we will take this matter to the ombudsman.
