Rude and No assistance from the scheme
my Name is Busisiwe Hadebe am a pensioner Requesting funds for grand daughter to go to school but I've not received any assistance. from the scheme. I've sent through the relevant document the child is not going to school as I've received even a cent from the fund for the child to go to school. am disappointed with the scheme not to mention the Rude unhelpful consultants.

26 Jan 2024, 13:06I've raised my concerned numerous time no assistance and I've sent an email to complaints Yet to get a response worst is the consultant that you hire Rude as hell and don't call back when you request a call back they take advantage of you just because your old. the hell that this company is putting me through a 65 year old gran mother you have No shame.where as they know very well that i live off pension no body seem to care and understand that
