Repulsive Service

I submitted a claim on 27 September 2024, and a month later I am not a step closer to a finalization. I called a couple of days after I submitted the claim and got the automated response of 10 to 15 days, and was told during this call that I need to provide a letter from my sons school. So I asked if I had not called, no one would have said anything about the outstanding document. Since then, I literally called 14 times to follow up on the claim, its been over a month and was told that every time there is something still needed, the 10 to 15 days waiting time restarts. Why does no one advise what is needed etc, to speed up a claim. Why is there not a set SLA for a claim to be finalised within, taking into account outstanding documents and unforeseen circumstances.

This means that I will still be waiting 3 months from now, at the rate that we are going. I am so frustrated, because every call no one knows anything and just says, we received your letter and your case is being reviewed. ***, more than a month?

How are you still in business with such service? A whole financial services provider, How are you allowed in this day and age to omit your commitment to TCF? How have the Ombudsman not dealt with this kind of service delivery? Where is the Trustees of these funds? Come on now man, can someone do something about the bad service there?
