Process taking too long vs what it specified

Good Day

Not happy with the service at all. On the 7th January 2025 my daughter sent an email to Fairheads on how she would like to receive money every month since she doesn't want to withdraw the lump sum.- No action from Fairheads today on the 7th February 2025.

On the 14th she was suppose to register at the university an she was told to use her own money and she will get the money after 10 to 15 days. Still nothing

On the 17th she sent another email requesting for money. Still nothing.

Seeing the pace of how faireheads operates she decided to request for more money on the 3rd February since all her request are taking forever.
