Sent a letter requesting assistance with child's allowance for 2018 as I received a letter that there won't an automatic payout for 2017.the letter did not state that they need supporting docs and I have requested funds for 2017 there was no hussles.one consultant tells you it's okay they will assist.the other tells you they won't until you submit a statement from the school.the school are opening on the 17 of January.even when I say pay for transportation.uniform.and stationary I'm still given excuses.my sister left this money for her daughter not to struggle regarding educational needs but fairheads is just full of bull****
