I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I've received from Fairheads. They've been contacting me everyday to remind me of my late mothers documentation , the minute I sent those documents in June 2024 I was then told to wait for 7 days. I have been waiting from them since ironic thing is now there are no phone calls , Whatsapp messages or smses. People should be aware of Fairheads benefit services as they're not as reliable as they claim to be
