My name is Lukhanyile Sixaxeni My complain is with fairheads they have been rushing me to get an ID so that my funds can be released since I have turned 18uts now I have received my Identity document now m being told the funds will be released after the 15 September 2026 and today date is 20 August 2026 it doesn't make sense always fairheads has to come up with something 2 yrs back my sister got her money after 2 days after submitting the documents today they called and told me they will process my documents those documents it's only an Identity documents and bank account funny enough coz they were easily releasing funds for my aunt who was committing a ***** claiming to be my mother they when we asked they only response we got was she passed the security check what is that I can't wait that long I have school needs my schools clothes are small shoes are thorn can't wait that long be fair release my funds so that we cut all ties I'd you were more strict with security check I wouldn't been left with this little money it was not an easy journey with you fairheads
