Late n limited Funding

I'm tired of fairheads its been 10years with them and every year I have to fight with them regarding my child's schoolfees, transport money including they monthly they give for her... 1st of all they take long to pay when u request 2 month in advance and than tell u that what I requested with all quotationsi gave is over the limit... Why limit? We r not borrowing the money and when u all them u better have airtime that more than R20 because they'll ask u question before listening to ur query till that R20 end than they don't call back for more than 5 days or week... Please help its enough and I can tranfer the money to another fund I'd do so immediately... The only thing they give for is school fee, uniform n school transport that's it no clothes etc as a single parent who is struggling studying with no parent I have to stress everytime where as my finance made sure we will not suffer regarding his child. Whats the use????
