*********** company with empty promises

I am sick of this company and their empty promises. Last year I wrote a review complaining about their incompetence and how they are failing l my child. As expected they called me and promised me heaven and earth now I am sitting here calling them hundred times with my airtime, no one bothers to call me back.. I have requested to speak to the manager and I waited till the call dropped.

No one can answer, why they did not pay or deposit my child's money on the 28th January to date, my child is entitled to that money. They know I need it for his fees. I sacrificed his stipend that would have assisted in food, clothing etc. And requested that money to be paid annually to assist me with fees now they don't want to pay the amount as agreed according to the letter that was sent to me by Trust. I wish I was not dealing with this company, I always fight in order to get what my son is entitled to.
