Nedbank transferred my son's Trust fund to Fairheads. Fairheads refused to pay for my son's fees and pay out R1600. In that R1600 i must use it to pay fees, buy stationery, buy school uniform, pay for extra murals and school transport. They have informed me that i cannot claim anything further as i have exhausted the yearly funds outside stipend so according to the consultant they are referring to the R1600 they paid for school. When I was with Nedbank they paid full amount for fees, medical bills and clothing. They are preaching that they are looking out for the child's best interest, now I ask you ISN'T EDUCATION WHAT THE CHILD NEED. i dont care about medical assistance I have medical aid, I dont care about clothing Im buying clothes for my son but with education i need the Trust to assist me. Fairheads is one of the *********** companies i have ever known, they have no sense of urgency, they don't care about anyone, their consultants always don't know what to answer, the company is not looking out for our children, My child's need are not met . I curse the day Nedbank moved me to Fairheads
