I'M REALLY TIRED OF THEM

I don't know how to put to words how I feel about their service cause it is *******. This is my second review, first time I reviewed about them complaining about them not assisting me financially they immediately sent all the money to my son's school account. That was not what they should've done, I need some of the money to buy school uniform and pay for his transport fees. I sent them an email telling them to reverse the payment so I can at least have some to buy the uniform and pay for transport they said they called the school and explained that it was a mistake and the school should pay it back to their account so they can pay to my account. Did they do that? It's been a month now I'm still waiting for them to respond I've sent them emails asking how it's going they don't respond, when I call them they tell me they still waiting for the school to respond since last month April. I don't know why they have to be this difficult I don't even believe they called the school to return the money back to them so they can assist me financially. I'm actually bored by how they do business, I've submitted all the documents they asked for but till date they've never helped me financially when it comes to my son.
