I haven't been assisted financially ever from them.

Their service is ****, I've been sending them emails from January since schools reopened asking them to assist me with my child's school fees, school uniform and transport fee. Till date I haven't received any cent from them and I've sent them all the documents they requested but they didn't even pay his school fees to his school account because I thought maybe they didn't want to send to my personal account thinking I'm going to use it for personal use but his school fees haven't been paid till today it's the 1st of April my son didn't get his report card because I haven't paid. I've called them a lot of times they keep saying they'll forward it to the people in charge of the funds then when I hear they don't respond I'll call again and send emails again, I'm tired honestly because it is money that is supposed to help with his school fees and everything else but dololo help from them. It is annoying really.
