horrible service

the service one gets form fairheads is very poor. you send them an email which they can only respond to in 7working days then they want a lot of qoutes from you after you give them that it takes another 7 days just to be responded to as a result of that delay they turn around and tell you they cant release the funds you need you must wait another 15days. mind you its jan and my nephew cant go to school because of the system that they have thats just not efficient especially because they are dealing with people and peoples money. the beneficiaries of fairheads always struggle with their money
