Horrible service

I am sick of this company and their empty promises. My late husband passed 8 years ago I never had any problems with Netbank when they dealt with my kids funds ever since they took over they feel the money belongs to them and refuse to pay my children education fees . You email them they don't respond. I emailed them the 17 January and I'm still waiting for someone to attend to my requested.

The stipend that they pay don't even cover the kids food, clothing etc . And requested that money to be paid annually to assist me with fees now they don't want to pay the schoolfees nothing as agreed according to the letter that was sent to me by Trust. I wish I was not dealing with this company,
