Horrible

You guys are the worst. You lack empathy. The child has been home for a month without his school fees being paid. You have been giving the guardian (my aunt) the run around. What is a frustrated parent to do when the child is in grade 12 and has not been to school in a month. People think they're child's future is secure when they choose you guys and it's the direct opposite. It really hurts seeing a child sitting at home with no money for school fees.
