Funds still not paid

Not happy with the company at all. I have called 5 times just to simple claim for my funds, each time it gets to a point where my airtime finishes because of the amount of time agents ask, questions, just the other day I called to ask how far my claim is and that R20 airtime finished, I do not know I stand, school registration have even closed now. Even after a long conversation with an agent they never call back to Continue with the process.... Turn around is 10 days but it's almost 2 months without anything from you guys since I claimed, so dissatisfied.
