Frustrated and Appalling Service

I have 2 trust fund for my kids which was initially with Nedbank. Trust funds where moved over to Fairheads for whatever reason and this was the biggest mistake ever. My issue is that I submitted my claim on 24th March and it takes about 10 to 15 working days apparently just to investigate. Then I spoke to them on 14th April where they wanted more documents, which I submitted and now to today after I made 3 calls to them, I received an sms from them requesting for documents. Next thing they will probably ask me for is DNA test. The turnaround time to refund a claim is absolutely appalling. It is frustrating. All the documents was submitted on 24th March.
