Fees Outstanding not been paid since January 2022

Ill treatment from the fund

I have been using this fund for the passed 10 years, and never had I experience such a terrible service since last year November and now in January. My son's December monthly income came is so late,. I have send it a request for school fees payments in January, today is the 14th of Feb 2022, still nothing has been paid, on top of my unemployment situation. They keep saying they cant verify school banking details, one minute I get a consultant they verified, i should send my quotations for my son's stationery so they can make all those payment, a month later nothing, you call in to their contact Centre, everytime you get a different consultant, with different story,this is really alarming, I have also send documents after documents, been told that an administrator will call me, but nobody ever call, my last email , i supp**** school's direct number and email for finance department to sort out verification of banking details, I am not having sleepless nights,of not knowing what to do if they stop my son from attending at school, he is already behind, since he doesn't have even stationery, because we also expecting stationery money from the trustfund. Please help me with this matter. Because I really need this money for my son, to also be able to concentrate and have all necessary tools to be able to learn.
