Fairheads Unprofessional

My name is Lerato I was traced by Fairheads, they informed that they are trying to get hold of my mother because there is a pension fund that must be paid out on her behalf . I Informed them she is not well mentally ,I was informed to submit a doctors report and submit a claim on her behalf. I submitted all the relevant documents. I was then told that the claim was approved in June and to today I the claim has not been paid. Fairheads keeps on coming up with excuses to pay out the pension Fund. Lately I have called, they now don't even bother to respond. They are very unprofessional if u don't follow up they keep silent with the hope that you will give up. My mother should be able to enjoy fruits of her hard work while she is still alive.
