I was informed after my husband past away about the educational trust for my daughters. I was told telephonically that if they do not use the funds when they are 18 they can choose to have it paid directly to them. My twins turned 18 and called to ask for funds to be paid. They spoke to Angelo and he took down their details and asked them to email copies of their ID and proof of bank account. Which they did 25 November 2022. They called fairheads on Monday 19 December, and was informed that they cannot receive this payment cash it needs to be paid for education purposes only. They were promised a call back and nobody has called
