Fairheads is unprofessional

I'm currently 9 months pregnant and I'm stuck in Durban because of fairheads, Fairheads my documents were sent on the 08th of April to your offices ,this was because you said I should go and certify my ID AGAIN after i've waited for 10 working days for you to see my first documents (which were sent on march 26,and I got the automated reply immediately after sending them).After sending the certified ID copy on the 08th of April you did not reply or call me for 2 weeks until I called you only for you to tell me you never received my ID ,even though it was sent through durban fairheads offices and he confirmed that he sent it on th 08th of April .Today (22/04/2022) you sent a message telling me you've received my documents and I should wait another 10 working days for you view my documents.So if there's something wrong or you're also not satisfied with them, you'll answer me after 10 working days telling me to do this and that again and then make me wait another 10 working days to view it .This is stupid shame I don't want to lie it's also annoying and stressful . Because you know i've waited for the amount of days you asked why would you make me wait again (annoying).

What confuses me the most is that one of consultants told me I can get R4500 advance if I need some money urgently ,and there are no documents needed I just need to confirm during the call , but if I want all of it suddenly you can't see my documents and you can't give me without them (suspicious).

2 weeks back I called and asked what's happening they said the documents were never sent because they would've seen them by that time ,I explained and he said he will schedule a call with the administrator ASAP, but the "administrator" never called me.

In conclusion I will not wait another 10 working days PLEASE put yourselves in my shoes I need to be back home by next week I'm stuck here in durban because of fairheads ,and if I leave durban today you will call me after 10 working saying you need to certify this and that again. Consider the time i've waited it's not like it's the first time waiting 10-15 working days for you reply .So if you going to make me wait 10 working days for the documents sent on 08th of April PLEASE start counting your 10 working days from 08 April.
