Fairheads is ******** and ***********!!!

AFT-MABNW001/09939 (MABNW-AFT) It’s been almost two years since my cousin’s passing she was the guardian to her mentally challenged brother and since her passing the responsibility has fallen on me. He is supposed to be a beneficiary of this fund that’s being managed by fairheads but I have been sent from pillar to post in terms of getting them to support him. I have been submitting the forms requested of me but every single time they are being sent back unreasonably . I believe this is a delay tactic to not give my cousin what he is due . He is suffering while they keep giving me the run around. Is there an ombudsman that we can complain to about this horrible company that is denying its beneficiaries funds . It’s disgusting and what they are doing is ********
