Fairheads has not paid for my nephew's school fees leading to his suspension!

Fairheards Trust was appointed as a the Trust to handle my nephew and niece's school fees even after I have sent them all the documents that the required from me. I called them multiple times and also send them countless emails to ask them to make the payment or at least send an email to my nephew's school to let them know that they will make the payment, I ask them to send either the payment itself or the confirmation to avoid my nephew getting suspended because of non payment and they are still to this day delaying on making the payment as well as sending the confirmation, as a result my nephew has now been suspended.

Every time I call them they keep asking me for documents which I already sent them and I have to spend the bulk of time on the phone telling them when I sent the documents, only after this explanation are they able to concede that they have received the documents then they keep telling me to wait for 48 hrs for a response but they never respond, not even once have they responded as they promised they would.

The consume act gives me the right to the complaints information which I asked for twice already and I still have not received the information. I'm on the phone with them again today and no one seems to know what to do to resolve this issue, I was told I'd be called back and I still have not received a call from them about this. MY NEPHEW IS SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THEM AND NO ONE IS BOTHERED BY THAT.
