Fairheads Benefit Services a ****!!!

To whom it may concern

I am disgusted by the service offered by Fairheads, if you want access to your money they come up with all sorts of technicalities to prevent you from getting access to your funds. They do not have the beneficiary's best interests at heart , its all about what they can milk out of us. In the first place I do not understand why Nedbank transfered the money over to Fairheads without my consent ,who's money is this? I have come to a conclusion that I want to terminate the trust and get all my money because I don't trust Fairheads anymore, I would rather keep it in an interest bearing investment account. Please sort out this mess as I refuse to be made a fool by your staff ,I want all my money my ref is FBF - MOKWAB21. I am suspicious of the legitimacy of this company because they are always sidelining my mum who ,I know I'm now 18 but she has a right to ask questions with my permission if I am present. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!
