Failed

Hello Peter I have a huge problem with fairheads Trust funds everytime I've sent them an email on the 4th of June request an assistance for a medical issue for my child which she is in their Trust fund. I called on Friday which was the 5th to make sure if they have received my email spoke with one of their agent which she requested I list resend again my my request I did again , now it's Monday because my child didn't attend school because of the toothache she doesn't even sleep at night she is in pains she will sleep around 4am then at 5am she must get ready for school she couldn't even study because of this toothache and she missed her exam today 8th of June I called again at fairheads they only thing they told me Is they are behind with the indexing they are still busy my child won't attend again until these tooths are taken out I fail to understand because their system after you sent an email there's an automatic reply that say your request will take 10 to 8hours to be updated on their system but when it comes to me it takes days to be updated again this Trust fund is failing me again and again your immediate response will be highly appreciated I am frustrated 😠 😡 👿
