Disgusting pathetic service

My husband has been chosen as a beneficiary and it's been months since waiting for the funds, when he calls now they say they are verifying his banking details it's going to two months now still verifying details. That's his money why is it taking such a long time. We need proper feedback from someone who can really assist coz the once we find just don't know what they are saying
