Disgusted

I had a poor experience last year around the same time with the above mentioned company due to the lack of communication. This year same story I requested assistance for my son and was told after numerous calls that there is no cash available. This shocked me to the core as i am still baffled on how is that even possible. My son still has money available I only reach out once a year. I am never reduculous in the amounts I ask as I try my best to support my child. To be told that there is no cash so they are not able to confirm when they will be able to make a payment is BS to be honest. They claim to resolve issues within 10_15 working days the request was submitted on the 13th of Nov unless I am slow with my low education that time has passed and during this time I am the one sending emails I am the one calling only received a call once last week which resulted in me being told there is no cash available. Please please make it make sense how after so many months I am finding myself in the same position having to plead beg for my son to get money that was rightfully left for him by his father to assist in his needs but I have to climb mountains for the people keeping it to do as they should. Appalled does bit start to explain how I feel.

Good Day,

I am fully aware that this does not form part of your processes and if you read me complaint it is due to your company failing to follow your own processes that I am here. I am not stupid to be calling and emailing you guys to no avail.

I am looking forward to hearing from someone from the administration hopefully they will call to advise when will the money be paid and not some feeble story cause that will not do at all.

Goodmorning,

It is very funny how you are replying with south African legislation instead of addressing the fact that you have failed your own policies and this reply is just further annoying ne to be honest.

I sent communication as per your processes on the 13th of Nov 2025 got ab automated reply of 10-15 working days to have my query resolved to date the query has not been resolved. Instead you are sending me patronizing responses yesterday the response was that within 24hours someone will get back to me and maybe this is the getting back busy responding on how I should be expressing my annoyance with your services. This goes back to the statement that I got that there is no cahs available and by the way as per our south African law I do have the right to reach out in platforms that can assist when I am not happy with services or lack thereof. If you had read my email I have tried numerous times to reach out via email and phone so don't come with your legislation nonsense please.

I would greatly appreciate it if the response that I get is when will the funds be released cause as per your agent Ziyanda today is the day you are expecting money which is very sus. Please release my sons money seeing that we must beg for it, so that I can attend to his needs this is really tiring

Hi,

Final communication as.per the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 I have the right to reach out to public platforms to complain as long as the comments are fair and factual. This is another proof of how you are just playing dalye tactics and avoiding the actual query.

If you were interested in assisting g in having the matter resolved you would have reached out as you have my details and address the issue and not be bold to say that this is your final communication when I have been the one making communication with my various emails and calls you have the audacity to say final communication wow and also advising that you can direct me on how to file a compliant with your company to give you time to delay and ignore my complaint even further. You are forgetting that you are the ones at fault here you are the ones holding my sons money that he was left by his late father.

I am so sick and tired of dealing with you guys and now you want to bully me in asking you for the complaints department when you have failed simple process that you have set in place wow.

I just want to see you ignoring my query and holding on to the fact that I did not follow process when I did up until it did not work for you.

Dear Boniswa

The Consumer Protection Act does not apply to the company. We are regulated by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act and the Pension Funds Act which state that the internal procedures of a complaint process be used by the customer and if the customer is unhappy, they may escalate their complaint to the relevant Regulator.

I trust this helps to assist your understanding of the regulatory framework.

We further advise that we are required to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act and we have a duty to protect the personal information of the minor child. We decline to discuss the minor child's personal financial matters on a public platform, hence our request that you communicate with us directly.
