My mom sent a request for my sister school uniform fee december 2022 she sent all the documents the on the 12 Jan 2023 they wanted report card the also she emailed the document since then the was no feedback after doing a follow up they told my mother they want a letter from the school that states my sister is paying school fees of which she is in public school shes not paying school fees they told her that they won't release the money it annoying what you are doing. It's almost two weeks that my sister is at home not attending school just because fairheads is refusing to give her money for her school uniform it its her right to get what is due to her please give my sister what is due to her its painful to see her sitting at home not attending school.The request stated that we want money for school uniforms not school fees
