Delayed payment of Unclaimed Provident Fund Benefits

I am very disappointed at how my father’s case (Monareng DG) of Unclaimed Provident fund benefits has been handled. He was notified of his due benefits in June 2021 and thereby submitted required documents. No feedback or communication for six months, until february 2022 when we were told papers are not correctly filled. We then filled papers correctly, until today no payment whatsoever. Whenever we call to enquire, Sars is used as an excuse, we are still waiting even today for my father benefits. Pls help, its been long overdue, 9 months to date

I think i understand the purpose, but as for Sars, my father doesnt have any outstanding issues with Sars, as a result Tax directive should return from Sars in 3 -5 days, then last process is payment. So in our case Sars is being the issue forever. Please help us … please
