Delayed pay out beneficiary funds

I was supposed to receive funds to go to university as soon as I turned 18 in August 2024 while in matric. I followed up all the procedures that they required me to follow and sent all the documents required as soon as October. I have been calling them since October and they have been telling me that my file is still going through a tracing process. It's now January 2025 and they are still telling me the very same story and I desperately need this money so that I can pay for registration fees and prepare for university as soon as the matric results come our.i am so frustrated as this depends on my future
