Declined for no reason

Hellopeter I'm very much sad because of the way fairheads is treating me after I turned 18years.

Right now I do not have an Identity document because of my biological mother's negligence who abondoned me My grandma raised me from my father's side.

I was told by the lady from your call fairheads call center in February that since I can't get hold of my ID yet, so if I want the amount I can write a letter to them and I did as I wanted to open my small internet Cafe business since I've always been business minded in hoping that my beloved father left me something and I have to use it wisely .

Now I have app**** for the amount that will help me persuade my business dreams and now they're declining me without even giving me a warning that nextime I won't get help without Identity card what surprising me I explained everything to them regarding me not having an ID.

I told them before that the matter with my ID documents it's with the social workers since I recently did my unabridged certificate that will allow me to do my ID without my mother's help. Fairheads said it's okay If I need money I must write to you guys but I won't get the all the remaining balance, As I was waiting for the amount I requested, only to receive a call that was declining my request from a very rude agent, I got very surprised because what he said it's very different from what they told me in February,that now I have to go to home affairs and apply for an ID then I can come back to them, I need to know why the sudden change? Why they didn't mention that? They were waiting for me to request and tell me a different story... That tells me I won't get a cent from them in the time I now need it the most, it's like I'm loaning/borrowing my own money I can't depend on my grandmother at 71years she raised me she's old enough to be taking care of me...
