Complaint

My nephew has been communicating with Fairheads Benefits Services since January and to date he has not been assisted with his school fees, whereas other kids have already started school.

This is heart breaking and frustrating, every time you speak to a different consultant and they request something new each time. I wish that it was possible for him to move his funds to a different Business group but unfortunately he can only do that at age 23years.

Your company is *********** and abusive to the young clients that depend on you.
