Cannot Understand Emails / Claims

And once again let down by Fairheads. This financial company is the worst ever. We should have had a say in where our trust fund was transferred too.

I sent through a claim on 22nd June 2023 via email. There was 3 parts to my claim all written in simple English. Today is the 19th of July 2023. One part of the claim was paid out correctly, the part regarding my son's school fees was paid to me instead of directly to the school despite the fact that I sent through the school banking details. Still waiting for the third part to be finalized. We don't get any feedback; we must make a follow up if they need supporting documents.

If there was a quarter rating, I would give this company that.
