Call centre agent rude and helpless

first week of Jan I called on behalf of my sibling Kutlwano to arrange fees to be paid for her as she is doing her final year, as per instruction from my mom. The lady didnt even give me a chance to explain she told me she will call my mom. after a week I called again I was told my mom didnt answer a phone they will call her again. now its 4th week they havent called her and today classes are starting and Kutlwano she wont be able to go back to school this year because of attitude from fairheads staff. My father would have liked Kutlwano to be at school but fairheads kept money for his father and paying their staff to take their children to school. If my father was still alive Kutlwano would be at school today or if my fathers money was not given fairheads but to family we would have paid for her.
