Bad services

We open trust funds cause we believe that they will help us build a brighter future for our kids even when we are no longer in this world. But fairheard trust funds always disappoint, I have been with them for more than five years but whenever they have to assist in paying my child ‘s school fees there is a problem. I will never encourage anyone to use their services it's really bad and they lack communication skills. They always say that they have escalated the matter and they will get back to you and they never did. On the 4th of February 2025, I send them an email to assist me in paying for my daughter's school camp. They keep quiet, two weeks later I called them they said “They have escalated the matter to the admin, and they will call me back I waited again. On the 10 of February 2025, I called and they said there were not enough funds to assist me, which I know very well that not true. In 2024 my child nearly got kicked out of school cause they were refusing to pay the full amount.
