Bad service.

I have two trust for my kids that were moved from old mutual to this company the worse thing that has ever happened to me and my family ,am not getting monthly allowance since January they have been verifying banking details.school fees claim that that I submitted on the 18th of January still not paid they also verifying bank details when I called today consultant Amanda just told me she doesn't know when the payment will call be e made and her team leader was also not helpful with what the delay or where it's coming from. Nedbank made the worse call by handing my children trust to these people I wish they asked me before doing so cz the company is super *********** and not reliable.
