Bad Service Angry client

The Company plays with people feelings all their staff are trained to lie. It is hard to claim the money and they don't want to pay the money. They change dates of the documents sent to them. They keep me on hold for more than 20minutes without valid update. No manager is available to take escalations calls. I have called every day without proper feedback.SO they tell me about 15days waiting yet my sibling was paid within 2days i know this because i am the one who sent the request on behalf of my sister. These Company does not take people serious. Waste of money to call them
