Bad service

Hi there. I wonder if there is ever a good review written about Fairheads Financial Services. My family and I have submitted all the required documents in October after raising a query on HelloPeter, and was told that all was in order and our claim is been prioritised. Made several calls to Fairheads in December and they promised to respond back, however we haven’t heard anything from them ever since. It’s really frustrating after providing all documentation as per their advice, however they disappear on you afterwards.
