Bad service

I called fairheads last week monday because i needed to withdraw money asap because i can't pay anything of my other stuff it's been a week and a half and no money is in my bank account its been 3 weeks now since they reiceved my correspondence and with that I actually send that email correspondence on the 13 of november they only got it it on the 29th of november which I'm cool with but so long just to pay my money toward me that belong to me its not cool.
