Bad poor service,funds not paid

<p>I'm writing to Hellopeter with a very heavy heart,my grandfather made me his beneficiary before he passed on but now it's difficult for me to get the money it seems like fairheads don't want to pay the money and I can't do anything because my grandfather is dead and my mother got married and I changed surnames,I have ran out of money because they call every second month wanting asking for new documents, my problem is don't they know at first what documents are required for a claim?don't they have access to home affairs where they check with the ID number relatives linked to deceased?I send them certified ID copies of me and my parents and marriage certificate and affidavit like they asked,today after 6 months they call they need a letter from home affairs confirming surname change / my old birth certificate that shows Mposula surname,didn't they know about that in January, I have ran out of money to do all those things, I need help ,me and my granny need that money I stay at the rural area and it cost me to go to town and even e-mailing,they must say if they don't want with the money instead of making me spend money i don't have.</p>
