Appalling Service from Fairheads in Cape Town

I have been dealing with Fairheads on an unclaimed benefit due to me since October 2020, and every time I phone to find out what is going on with my payout there is some outstanding documentation which I have sent 7 times now to 4 different people. Now they say they are awaiting bank verification from my bank. 4 months and we are getting nowhere! I am not sure how this company survives, and every time you speak to someone it is someone new. So you can never speak to the same person again. Seems like they go through staff like nobody's business or they have thousands of people working there. It is disgusting to have this kind of service from this company.
