Fairhaven furniture - disgusted

We dealt with the manager of Fairhaven Furniture on WhatsApp.

I sent her measurements of couches and gave her our budget. We then agreed upon an amount and she asked If we want to proceed with the order. I said yes.

She then called me and said that the price we agreed upon was based on their factory measurements and not what I had sent through. I argued with her that after I had sent the measurements twice she agreed on them at the price we agreed on.

She is now denying that she quoted me on that and refusing to give us the deal that we said yes to.

She also then said If they had to make the couches at that price, we would need to return them as the quality would not be good. So she admitted that they would then use the incorrect materials for their mistake
