A complete ****, the pictures on instagram are not a true reflection of thier products.

A very bad service and product we received, my husband and I purchased a deep button real leather 2 seater couch, they quoted us R15k and we paid 50% of that as a deposit(R7500). When the couch was delivered after multiple calls and emails were sent as their 4 week turn-around time had long passed. It came as a bad quality couch, it was NOT real leather, the buttons were misaligned and skew, there were holes around the other buttons that were there, The pins on the edges were extra bent, bad workmanship!! So we called to request a refund and that they must come collect their couch, we are sent from pillar to post to this day, another excuse is that they have been ****** and they don't want to declare the owner of that company so we can deal with them directly, if its a company. why would an owner not pride himself of his business?? A total ****!!!
