meat stamps

<p>As per the law of the consumer goods council it states that all vouchers etc should be valid for 3 years. I bought stamps from Fairfield 339 Voortrekker Road Parow last year and when i wanted to purchase in January i was told that my stamps/vouchers exp in December 2015 and it is only valid for 1 year. They then deducted 10% of my R700 stamps i still had left from December when i did some purchasing. No where on the actual voucher does it state that it is valid for only 1 year. I had a very big argument with the lady owner at the till, but she just ignored me and told the cashier to deduct 10%. I just need to know if this can be done.</p>
