Dishonest and unacceptable behaviour

I have been ordering from Fairfield since start of lockdown and I was happy most of the time but recently have been noticing that what I order and what I get does not match in terms of quantity. I ordered 2X Rainbow Chicken trays per kg and I received 2X 750g (Order no. - 10690). I emailed them to notify them of this and had no response. This kind of dishonesty and robbing customers in not acceptable.
