Disgusting Service
<p>Hi</p> <p>I understand today was a public holiday and you and your workers have things today but the service received today was unacceptable.</p> <p>On monday,i called to check of you are trading today,it was said they are noy certain yet,i called back tuesday and this morning,it was told you close at 4.</p> <p>So I arrange my day so that I can be there at before 4.I get there at 3:30.Doors closed,they letting customers out.we asked what is happening,they say they closed.One of your bag checkers let the customers out,we try and talk to him,he dismiss us and say "im not talking you" and closes the door in our faces.we stand therr for another 10 minutes,we ask to speak to a manager,they say no manager is on duty.you run a very big establismemt,but you cannot afford to have one of you on duty.I get it ots a holiday,people want to be with families,but it was you choice to have a business,and people working for you.Your aim,is a happy customer,and right now.i am very unhappy</p>
