Bad Products and Services

*Worst service and products* I asked the lady to bring me fresh mix chicken, she then came with frozen 'mix pieces' I asked her if this is the only mix pieces they got. She then rep**** ' yes, they don't sell fresh mix chicken. I then took it because I needed the chicken. When I got home it was only leg and thigh pieces. I braaied it in the oven the next day it was horrible. It smell off it was pink and taste bad. I called the Monday to explain to them, I was promised a call back Friday. Never received the call the Friday. I message them again on Facebook to tell them I'm waiting on call back.. They called me to tell me there is nothing they can do. Because I didn't have the product anymore. She then said I can use the receipt as proof. I told I have it. She then said in the same call oh well there is nothing they can do if I don't have the products. Even thou I told her I have the receipt. They removed my comment on Facebook and didn't even offer me a voucher or refund.
