Disgusted by the poor hygiene

We visited Faircity Hotel Roodevalei 23 November 2018 for my husbands birthday. The beds had dust mites which bit us all over. It was my myself, husband and 2 kids. The room was so dusty, there was a thick layer of dust on the coffee table. I am very upset as the pictures on the website were deceiving.
