*******! Not to be trusted with your bank account details!

<p>i just subscribed to faircape communications when moving into my new flat in gardens and am already absolutely outraged. I was charged twice for a new router. Although they acknowledged and picked this up AFTER I had informed them about it, my issue is the mere fact that if I had not brought it up and been vigilant with my account, they would have double charged me a large amount which I cannot afford and now have to wait for them to credit it back to me. I am not comfortable with a company having access to my account if their debuting system is so flawed. Please watch out for these guys when using them as I have also had constant issues with connectivity.</p>
