******* and un approved deduction of money

The worst service ever and day light *******.

Quote for repairs on items I now for a fact is working and then I ask for a new requote which I approve and pay for via an EFT. They deduct the money as per the old quote I did not approve and I have it all on email. They owe me money and I am not impressed the company they use is also over expensive and I will definitely not use them again. Worse service ever!!!

First they say they will deducted from the rent money I received. When I give the go ahead they say I must deposit the money and still deduct and amount from my rental!!

Using a different company to do my rentals going forward!! Just because I am female and disabled doesn't mean they must exploit me!!!
